Power Spray
Automatic or manual dust damping systems have become an accepted method for minimising air-borne dust levels on roadways, processing plant and stockpiling areas. By effectively using modern sprinklers it’s possible to dramatically reduce dust in the atmosphere.

QPR have, over a number of years, developed and installed many such systems and achieved complete customer satisfaction.

Using rugged long-life impact drive sprinklers connected in series to a high-pressure water pumping system, an accurate spray of water droplets can be placed over large areas in a controlled manner. By careful positioning of the sprinklers heads and controlled by precision timers it’s possible to achieve complete coverage of dusty areas. Operation may be fully automatic with regular watering or pre-set with manual override.

Each system is designed to suit individual customer requirements although in most applications standard items of equipment can be combined to give a comprehensive and reliable system.

Power Wash
This new and powerful range of Automatic Vehicle Underbody and Wheel Washing Systems has been developed over many years and incorporates design features which achieve higher standards of vehicle cleanliness, providing an easy to operate, maintenance-free installation.

A range of sizes with capabilities of 100 to 1000 GPM enables the most suitable equipment to be selected for use on building contracts, landfill sites, quarrying, collieries, power stations, opencast sites and any other location where vehicles become contaminated.

Main Features
Systems are supplied complete and ready to be installed by our experienced engineers.

The cleaning action is achieved by a large number of powerful water jets positioned to remove the maximum amount of dirt, clay and other minerals from the wheels and underside of the vehicle.

The equipment can be installed using your existing waste water lagoon facilities or our specially designed, easy to empty primary settling sump. Clean water requirements can be very low when using re-circulated water.
